ClearMoneySchool is built on a simple principle: collect as little data as possible, never sell it, and tell you exactly what we do with what we have. This page is the plain-English version. If something is unclear, email us at privacy@clearmoneyschool.com.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you sign up for the waitlist or newsletter.
• Anonymous request logs — basic server logs (IP, user agent, page visited). Used to keep the site working and detect abuse. Rotated regularly.

That's it. We do not collect your name, phone, address, financial accounts, or any sensitive personal information.

What we don't do

• We do not run advertising on this site.
• We do not embed third-party trackers, social pixels, or fingerprinting scripts.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.
• We do not link to your bank, brokerage, or financial accounts. We do not request access to that data.
• We do not use behavioral profiling for marketing.

How we use your email

To send you the weekly Market Pulse and product updates. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, we remove your address from active mailing within 7 days.

Service providers

To operate the site we use a small number of trusted infrastructure providers:

• Hosting — Vercel.
• Email delivery — Beehiiv (or similar). They send the emails on our behalf.

These providers process data under their own privacy terms and only for the purposes of running the service. We do not authorize them to use your data for any other purpose.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies that track you across other sites.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can request that we delete your information. Email privacy@clearmoneyschool.com from the address on file. We respond within 30 days.

For residents of the EU, UK, California, and other regions with specific privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data. The email above is the way to exercise these rights.

Children

ClearMoneySchool is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete the record.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
